Drs. Robert and Annelise Spees opened their practice to patients of all ages in September, 2002. Since that time, DMGCS has been blessed by additional primary-health-care providers. Recently, Dr. Annelise retired from practice.
As of September 30, 2025, Dr Robert K Spees is no longer seeing patients at 3210 N Academy Blvd in Colorado Springs. He is considering options for practice at a different location.
Robert K. Spees, MD, FACP
is Board Certified in Internal Medicine (Medicine for Adults). "Dr. Robert" has over 35 years of experience caring for adult patients with complex medical issues. He graduated from Hahnemann Medical College - now Drexel University Medical School - in 1983. He trained at Albert Einstein North in Philadelphia completing his three-year Internal Medicine Residency. He is a member of the distinguished American College of Physicians. He has served on a number of medical mission trips to Mexico and Central America. He especially values time with his family, children, and grandchildren.
